Shipping Policy
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders!
International Shipping is not available at this moment.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order. We process orders Monday through Friday, and are closed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.*
*Once your order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Cuatro11 is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any delays, lost, wrongly delivered or stolen packages that may happen with the postal service.
Return Policy
We accept returns of domestic orders within three (3) days of the date the order was received. The request must be made within three (3) days after receiving your order starting when the tracking number appears as “delivered”, otherwise we will deny the request.
- A CUATRO11 store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card once we inspect all items being returned, which you can use to repurchase another item.
- Store Credits are valid for 90 days.
- We only accept two (2) consecutive returns per customer and no more than 5 returns accepted per calendar year. Otherwise, no request for returns will be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned new, unworn, without any odors, unaltered and with tags attached. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
- All Sale Items, Swimwear, Bodysuits, Leather & Metallic clothing, Sequin clothing, Rhinestone clothing, One Size clothing and ALL accessories are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns nor exchange.
- Sale items and or discount codes are Final Sale and are not elegible for returns nor exchange.
DISCOUNT CODES
Manual Discount Codes should be applied at Check Out. Discounts Codes can't be applied after purchase.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after order is fulfilled. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed. If the shipping address was entered incomplete or incorrect and you notice immediately after completing your order please feel free to contact us. Any mistakes in shipping addresses after fulfilling the order will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
Returned items due to incorrect addresses will require a new shipping label which the costumer must pay.
If you refuse to pay the shipping cost for the returned item due to incorrect addresses, you can request to cancel the order and obtain a credit to the store with a 10% restocking fee deducted from the total of your order.
FAIR USE
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn't sit right: e.g. we suspect someone is actually wearing their purchases and then returning them. Ordering and returning pieces more than even our most loyal customers would, or the items returned don't match what you ordered. Then we may reserve our right to refuse any return and might have to deactivate your account. If this happens to you and you think we've made a mistake, please get in touch with Support and we'll be happy to discuss it with you.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns, and exchanges.
